Curriculum and Courses
Our high school curriculum is strictly aligned to standards and focuses on relevant, engaging content. Learners benefit from a mix of assessments, including auto-graded assignments, projects, papers, presentations, and discussions. Teachers are heavily involved in learning and provide detailed, personalized feedback on assignments.

Day in the Life
Students have the flexibility to learn when and where it works best for them. As long as they meet weekly and monthly deadlines, they can work on their own schedule.
Support Services
Our high school students benefit from wraparound support! Teachers and Academic Coaches are available for one-on-one meetings, and homework help is available any time of day or night with 24/7 virtual tutoring.

Annual performance evaluation plans; posting of plan
Sec. 4. (a) Each school corporation shall develop or adopt a plan for annual performance evaluations for each certificated employee. A plan must include performance evaluations for all certificated employees, conducted at least annually.
Graduation Alliance maintains an annual performance evaluation plan for all certificated employees to ensure instructional quality. Our state-certified teachers, who facilitate asynchronous courses, are evaluated at least annually based on data-driven metrics and student outcomes. These evaluations also focus on observations related to Student Engagement, Collaboration, and Professional Accountability.
